Subscription & Billing Policy

This policy governs paid plans, trials, subscriptions, token/credit purchases, renewal terms, and non-refundable payment terms.

Features, limits, quotas, supported exchanges, symbols, data ranges, bot counts, order limits, backtest ranges, tournament access, custom strategies, and support levels may vary by plan and may change over time.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Plans bill at the interval selected at checkout (monthly, yearly, or other). The renewal date is shown at checkout and in account settings.

Subscriptions are currently manual-renewal only. Your paid access remains active through the purchased term and expires at the end of that term unless you choose to renew by completing a new checkout. Algonney may introduce optional automatic renewal in the future, subject to separate notice, settings, and applicable terms.

Your subscription provides access for the paid term shown at checkout. Access continues until the end of that term, after which the subscription expires. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

If a payment fails, we may retry, suspend access, downgrade, or notify you. Continued access after a failed payment is not guaranteed.

When upgrading, prorated charges may apply. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the next renewal date. No partial-month refunds for downgrades unless required by law.

Trials convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Trial terms are shown at signup.

Promotional pricing and credits are subject to terms stated at the time of offer. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

Tokens, credits, and vouchers purchased on the Platform are governed by the Terms of Use. They are non-refundable except where required by law.

Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility and may be added to the charge.

Except where required by law or expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, token purchases, and trading losses.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first. We may suspend access for unresolved payment failures, abusive disputes, or fraudulent chargebacks. We will not treat a good-faith billing dispute as fraud solely because you contacted your payment provider.
